Terms and Conditions

In consideration of the privilege granted by the Black River Coliseum Aquatic and Fitness Center to the undersigned to use the fitness facilities at the Black River Coliseum, their employees, officers, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims and liability of any nature arising out of the use of the facilities or any equipment located therein by the undersigned, including, but not limited to, any and all claims and/or liability resulting from the sole or contributing negligence of the facility, its employee, agents, and affiliates.

The undersigned hereby acknowledge that the execution of this release is an integral part of the agreement by the Black River Coliseum Aquatic and Fitness Center to allow the undersigned to use the fitness facilities, and is part of the bargained for consideration proved by the undersigned to the Black River Coliseum.

The undersigned further states that this agreement has been read and understood and that it has been willingly signed by the undersigned freely and voluntarily. this release shall remain in full force and effect under revoked in writing by the undersigned.
